You can place orders securely, with complete confidence, directly on-line. We use PayPal Shopping Cart order system so all you have to do is simply browse through our catalogue adding your choices to the Shopping Cart as you go along. The Cart will also give you a running total of what you have spent.

After you have made your choices you will then be taken to a secure server site for the processing of your order. Value Inks uses purpose-built software combined with the secure hardware of our commerce partner PayPal to provide the customer with a reliable, secure arena in which to process purchases.

A Value Printer Inks customer has the added assurance of knowing that the order has been fully encrypted and that nobody else will be able to see your order details apart from our authorised staff who are the only individuals able to unencrypt your order.

If you do not wish to use our secure server site to pay by credit card, you can still use the Shopping Cart to calculate the running total of your purchases and the cost of shipping.

Delivery

Same day dispatch by Royal Mail first class post on orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday. Orders received after 4pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. However, if delays are expected, we will keep you informed. If there is a deadline you require for delivery then please state it and we will do our utmost to meet it. If goods are out of stock when you order you will be notified within 48 hours. You will be emailed every 7 days (max. time) to keep you up to date on how your order is progressing. Orders over 30 days old will be contacted to see if the goods are still required. You may cancel your order at any time if you feel that the delay is in appropriate.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) from Value Printer Inks, we will be happy to give you a full refund on condition that you return the item(s) within 10 days of receipt in their original boxes and in a saleable condition. Please include a copy of your invoice and obtain proof of posting slip from the the Post Office.

Faulty Ink Cartridges

If one of our ink cartridges becomes faulty then please return to Value Printer Inks at the address below, we will replace or give you a full refund. Please include a copy of your invoice and obtain proof of posting slip from the the Post Office.

Warranty

All products have a twelve months manufacturers warranty. Should a product become defective please return to the address above with a copy of the invoice and a replacement product will be sent.Our warrenty does not cover general wear and tear.

Refunds

When returning any product, please include a copy of your invoice and obtain proof of posting slip from the the Post Office. Refunds will be actioned with in ten working days
